Lisa began her formal Hatha/Vinyasa training in 2018 at Lakshmi Rising in Puntarenas, Costa Rica and now considers herself a lifelong student. She attributes the yoga practice with recognizing and transforming habits that keep us stuck, learning to feel good in our own skin and equipping ourselves with tools to help build resilience.

She loves pairing creative movement with strengthening asana, and most of all loves sharing the yoga practice with others.
