Hi my name is Kinndli! I am a mom, a yoga teacher, fire starter, business partner, community leader and Co Founder of PYC. (Power Yoga Collective & Power Yoga Canada)

Bio

As the co-founder of Power Yoga Canada and Power Yoga Collective, Kinndli has spent decades transforming lives, one sweaty, soul-shaking practice at a time. Her passion? Creating spaces where people can show up exactly as they are and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected.

Her journey with yoga began like many others—to get physically healthy and to live a purposeful life. But for Kinndli, yoga wasn’t just a practice; it was a calling. After meeting Pauline Caballero and co-founding Power Yoga Canada in 2009, together they opened their first PYC studio in Ontario, Canada. What started as a single studio quickly grew into a movement, building communities rooted in sweat, support, and transformation. In 2023 Kinndli and Pauline co-founded Power Yoga Collective and opened the first USA location in Cleveland Ohio which has grown into multiple locations across the states.

Kinndli is a powerful leader and trainer of yoga teachers, awakening and probing the light to shine bright in each and every person she meets. Through her world renowned PYC 200hr & 300hr Teacher Training Programs she continues to guide hundreds of teachers and students to step into their power—both on and off the mat.

With a lifelong passion for music her playlists are legendary and the only rule in Kinndli’s class is: “if you aren’t breathing, you are singing.”

Beyond the studio, Kinndli can be found in the basketball stands watching her son hoop, or out for a walk with her dog. She is a lifelong learner and a believer in the power of play. Whether she’s leading a class, mentoring new teachers, or embracing the chaos of motherhood, she does it with an open heart and an unshakable belief in the magic of Power Yoga.

Her mission? To make yoga accessible, empowering, and real—because life, like yoga, is all about showing up, breathing through the challenges, and finding joy in the flow.
