Allison Lehnhardt
I've been teaching yoga since 2013 and I am a Level 2 Yoga teacher. I am co-founder of Sonder's Yoga teacher training programs steeped in self discovery. I offer meditations on Insight Timer and am currently enrolled in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Program with Tara Brach.
